At Cloud Defensive LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a comprehensive return policy to ensure your confidence in our tactical lighting solutions.
Standard Returns: Products may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
Defective Products: Defective items may be returned within 90 days of purchase for replacement or repair at no additional cost.
Custom Orders: Custom manufactured products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
Email us at mccauley@clouddefensive.org or call +1 219-246-3994 to initiate your return. Provide your order number and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1-2 business days. Do not ship products without an RMA number.
Securely package the product with all original materials. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship to: Cloud Defensive LLC, 6045 Wedeking Ave., Unit E, Evansville, IN 47715.
Once received, we will inspect the product within 3-5 business days. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Customer Responsibility: For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error was made by Cloud Defensive.
Defective Products: We will provide a prepaid shipping label for all defective product returns.
Exchanges: We will cover shipping costs for replacement products when exchanging defective items.
We gladly accept exchanges for different products or models. The exchange process follows the same procedure as returns. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
For expedited exchanges, we can ship the replacement product immediately upon receiving your RMA request, with the understanding that the original product must be returned within 14 days.

All Cloud Defensive products are covered by our comprehensive warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty coverage varies by product line and is detailed in the product documentation.
Warranty claims are separate from returns and may extend beyond the standard return window. Contact our support team for warranty service inquiries.
